Educator Support

Plug-and-play sports learning for preschool through second grade. No PE background required.

You do not need a PE background to teach this

Most early childhood teachers are asked to cover physical literacy with no curriculum, no training, and no budget. The materials that do exist are usually written for certified PE specialists working with older students.

Champion MVP is built for the teacher who has twenty minutes, a classroom, and a group of four- and five-year-olds. Read the storybook. Run the activity. Send the coloring page home. That is the whole lesson, and it works whether or not you have ever coached anything.

What you get

📚
The classroom library
Eight sports, each with a storybook, a coloring book, and a puzzle book. Twenty-plus titles built around one recurring cast, so students recognize the characters from unit to unit and the vocabulary compounds across the year.
🖨️
Printable lesson packs
Reproducible activity pages, discussion prompts, and vocabulary sheets you can copy for your own class as many times as you need. No per-student fee, no consumable workbooks to reorder.
▶️
Animated episodes
Sixteen free episodes you can show to a group. Useful when you need students to see what a sport actually looks like before you talk about it — particularly for children who have never seen the sport played.
🗂️
Sequencing you can follow
Each sport works as a standalone unit, so you can run them in any order and match them to your season, your community, or whatever the class is curious about this month.

Free classroom use, no permission needed

Teachers, coaches, librarians, and youth program leaders may reproduce and distribute our free printable materials to the children in their own classroom, team, or group — non-commercial, instructional, unmodified, with our notices intact. You do not need to ask us, fill out a form, or wait for approval.

That covers printing activity sheets for your class, showing our episodes to your group, and naming our books in your lesson plans and parent newsletters.

A license is required for district-wide or school-wide distribution, posting materials to a site or drive reachable outside your own classroom, including our material in anything sold, or charging any fee for access. Those are quick to arrange and we price them reasonably. The full terms are in our Trademark and Brand Usage Policy and Copyright Policy.

Licensing for schools, districts, and organizations

🏫
Classroom sets
The complete eight-sport library for one classroom or library, with a set of reproducible masters.
🏢
Building & district licenses
Multi-classroom and multi-site licensing, priced per building or per enrollment. Purchase orders welcome.
Youth organization licensing
For leagues, clubs, parks and recreation departments, and after-school networks running programs across multiple sites.
🤝
Sponsored programs
A local business, credit union, health system, or foundation underwrites the library for a school, district, or league in their community, with recognition on the materials. This is how a lot of programs get funded without touching the school’s budget, and we will help you structure it.

Most classroom and building-level orders fall under the purchasing thresholds that let a school buy directly without a formal bid. If you need a quote formatted for a purchase order or a procurement system, tell us and we will send it that way.

Working with district procurement

We know the process. Sports Media, Inc. is a Colorado corporation registered as a federal contractor with a CAGE code and UEI on file, and we contract with public education entities.

Student data. We do not collect student personal information through our books, printable materials, or free videos. There are no student accounts and no student logins. Where a district requires a data privacy agreement, we execute the agreement your state uses — including the state-specific addenda required in Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, California, New York, and elsewhere — and we comply with your state’s student data privacy statute. Ask us and we will send our current documentation package.

Accessibility, purchase orders, W-9, and insurance certificates are available on request. Email info@championmvp.com and tell us what your district needs.

In development

  • A Coach and Teacher’s Guide for all eight sports — practice plans, classroom activities, discussion prompts, and assessment ideas built directly on the books.
  • Audiobook editions for pre-readers and for students who learn better by listening.
  • Spanish-language editions of every storybook.

If you want to be told when these are ready, or you want to help shape them, tell us — teacher input is how we are building them.

Tell us what your program needs

One classroom or a whole district — we will price it honestly and quickly.
