Community Partnerships
Put the Champion MVP library into schools, leagues, and libraries in your community — sponsored by your business, with your name on every book.
The cheapest way to reach a family is to show up before the season starts
Sports Media, Inc. has spent four decades inside community sports — leagues, high schools, clubs, and the local businesses that fund them. We know what a banner on an outfield fence is worth, and we know what it is not worth.
A book is different. A family keeps it. It sits on a shelf in a child’s room for years, gets read a hundred times, and carries your name every single time. It goes home in a backpack instead of staying at the field. And it arrives at the moment a parent is deciding whether they can afford to sign their kid up at all.
That is what these partnerships are built around.
Who we partner with
How a sponsorship works
Sponsorship levels
We do not publish a rate card, because the right number depends on the footprint and we would rather quote you honestly than anchor you to a number that does not fit. Tell us the community you want to reach and what you have to work with, and we will come back with something real.
Why access is the point
Cost is the fastest-growing reason children stop playing sports. The households feeling that pressure hardest are the least likely to have a shelf of sports books at home, and the most likely to have a child who is nervous about walking onto a field for the first time.
A sponsorship puts the material exactly where it is needed and removes the price from the conversation. The family is not being sold anything. They are being given something, by a business in their own town, at a moment that matters to them.
That is a different kind of brand relationship than an impression, and it lasts a great deal longer.
What we ask of partners
We publish for young children, and the standard is non-negotiable. We do not accept sponsorship from alcohol, tobacco, vaping, cannabis, gambling, or firearms businesses, or from any business whose products are unsuitable for a young audience.
Sponsor recognition is a name and a logo on a bookplate and at an event. We do not put advertising inside the books, we do not collect family data for sponsors, and we do not sell or share information about any child or family with anyone. Ever. See our Privacy Policy.
Every partner is a named business standing behind a program, not an advertiser buying an audience. That distinction is why parents trust it.
Working with public agencies
Sports Media, Inc. is a Colorado corporation registered as a federal contractor, with a CAGE code and UEI on file, and we contract with public education entities, municipalities, and youth agencies. Purchase orders, W-9s, insurance certificates, and state student data privacy agreements are all routine for us. Tell us what your procurement process requires.
Tell us about your community and what you want to accomplish
We will tell you honestly what it would take and whether we are the right fit.
